Hi Angie and welcome to NT. I'm so sorry you're dealing with BMS. I don't have it but have read about it and know it's very uncomfortable. There is a member here that posts in the MS forum who deals with this problem. Perhaps you could make a post there and if she reads it she could offer her suggestions. It IS. One of my friends have it that is how I know (I don't suffer from it myself).

I am not sure if BMS is discussed in this forum (I am yet to dig into this vast forum myself). But if you are looking for emotional help and support then you ARE in the right place! The people here are so friendly that you would feel like you have a second family!
