Are you wiggling in public?
I have been so sick for so long, and have missed so many chances to wiggle myself in public. I put on 5 pounds!
Its a beautiful day out there. (yesterday was above 90 in NH!) so, we went out for a short morning walk. 1 mile. Our normal route is between 3 and 5, but I am just not able to give what I normally give, so I am back to baby steps.
Saw an ab glider thing (eliz hasselhoff version) in Walmart and almost got it, but the more I pondered the more I realized I would use it twice, and throw in the towel. Wanted a treadmill, but the more I stand the worse I feel. A sitting bike? well...they were cheap and awkward. so, I came home with new shorts instead.
I really need to motivate myself. I am extremely far down the ladder on get up and go, and I figured this bunch is exactly what I need. To see others out there will inspire me.
