1 diclofenac

Noon 2 tramadol
2 paracetamol
1 diazepam

Eve 2 tramadol
2 paracetamol
1 diclofenac

Bed 2 tramadol
2 paracetamol
1 diclofenac
2 x 2mg diazepam (to get me through the night and help me sleep)

I don't know about your other meds, but i do take tramadol.
I have been told not to exceed 6 pills a day.
If you feel the need to,then ask about the extended release form of the pill.
I asked for it and was told my insurance won't cover it
I do still take up to 8 a day because i can't seem to get anything else for my pain.....
Just wanted to warn you in case you are new to the med.
Good luck!
