My daughter sees Dr Donna Thomas at Upstate. She's a great doctor and has started inpatient ketamine infusions if you are interested.

In Rochester, I highly recommend the Pain Treatment Center at the Univ of Rochester Medical Center. They offer outpatient Ketamine and Lidocaine infusions, among many other treatments. The staff is amazing, very caring and compassionate. The phone # is 585-242-1300. If you need to stay in the Rochester area for treatment, contact the American Cancer Society's Hope Lodge for low-cost housing.
