Prialt trial coming up

Have any of you had the prialt trial?
Has anybody gone ahead with the pain pump ?
How bad is recovery?

Hi Shewarrior,
I wish I could give you better input, but I still wanted to offer you my support and prayers. I haven't had a pain pump, but in a couple of months I'm going to try a spinal cord stimulator. I think the surgeries are very similar, so maybe we can go through this thing together! I don't have my trial until July 24, and hopefully will have the actual surgery for the implant about a month later. I'm kind of scared, too! Anytime they're going to cut into us, it kinda sets off the nervous alarms, doesn't it? Just know that I will be thinking of you and praying for you as you face this latest challenge. When do you have the trial? Let me know, and I'll definitely remember you on that specific day.

Not sure yet about e trial. We are waiting for insurance to approve it. I had the stimulator for a good while and it was helpful. For me, it stopped working for this RSD pain. I don't know what yo will be using it for ut I wish u well

So, like KZL_Rogue are you Army??? She is a warrior indeed, and I highly respect her!!

Bobinjeffmo has previously written of his Great fondness for the results with the PUMP!! He has not been here in ages, as I imagine he has been thus so pleased he has ridden off into the sunrise of joy with pain pump bliss smiling on his face!!

Not many a pumper has posted here, but Bob for sure found great benefit!
