Default Is there possibility of Sexual life after Neurologic damage?

I had an injury to the penis.
I've been in very bad pain and discomfort for many weeks now(4)

When flaccid, I get some extreme cramps in the glans too with movement.
I have urinary problems, very bad.

The initial pain that started my whole symptoms was in my shaft. It was a sudden electrical shock-like pain.

Anyways, I was possibly born with this nerve abnormality but i never knew it so now i'm paying.

I do get erections now, for reasons i don't understand(Why would i be all damaged and the erections still work). but i dont feel good because i have pains(painful cramps) and discomfort(kind of like burning or pins needles)
***

Since i'm all ruined and I have a kind of rare damage, will I ever be able to have a sex life?

Just want to add how it all started.

1. 1 month ago Did masturbation. Had no pain
2. WEnt to shower then came out..That process was about 15 minutes
3. Came out did some computer email...then i suddenly felt some cramp..
but i ignored it.
but then fel tlike going to the bathroom to urinate
and when i urinated out...I felt 2 strong traumatic electrical shock-like pains in the shaft.

interestingly where it hurts now, it's in the Glans. so that's weird.

..umm ok this is a first that i have answered to an issue of the sorts but I may have some aid for you.. first .. it is a natural reaction for meant to have to urinate shortly after release.. it is the bodies way of clearing the passage to avoid infection. and depending on circumstances. it may hurt.. especially if you got soap in shaft.. Now soap in the urethra is very painful so when cleansing the area use caution... it will not hurt when it goes in just when you urinate.. and this may also cause a UTI.. urinary tract infection.. as far as sex, well i think if you can masturbate then you should be able to take it to the track for the real deal.. my opinion any way.. have you asked your dr,s???
