I know that because of the many different types of MS and AD meds that we are all on that weightloss is almost a long lost memory.

Are you talking about a diet to lose weight or a diet to gain weight? I'm a little confused, which is not unusual for me, but I thought, since you haven't had any replies, that others are confused too.
