Hi, everyone. I am most often in the MS forum but saw this post when I signed on today to do a search for Egoscue. I'm visiting with friends in another state who told about it. It sounded interesting and I thought it might even help with some of my own MS related sx. When I saw this thread I definitely wanted to post to tell anyone interested that my friends have definitely had success and endorse the method. I'm going to try something at their house today and when I return back home, will definitely buy the book "Pain Free" (by Pete Egoscue and Roger Gittines). I've been skimming through it and the illustrations of the exercises are really good. For anyone interested in alternative methods, you might want to look through it the next time you're in a book store.

I am also trying this now- there are chapters devoted to neck and headache pain, also parts on causes of vertigo adn dizzyness which i thought might be interesting to several folks on here who mention vertigo and dizziness....


the exercises are super gentle, and I have been able to successfully do most of them- though i only add one a week so as not to hurt myself with too many new movements.
