Default A Beautiful Day

Beautiful day today,
Sunny and bright,
Warm and balmy,
The creatures delight.

Thankful they were,
Of their Creator’s care,
Amidst His creation,
They played everywhere.

Frolicking and flying,
Climbing and crawling,
Swimming and singing,
All creatures did something.

One creature though,
Quiet and calm,
Sat by himself,
And wrote this poem –

Of creatures doing what they do best,
And of God’s care in making one fine day of rest.

Next Sunday I will do more of the same,
Thank you Lord,
And thanks for the day!

Crytears,

I especially liked the picture of the dog with the tennis balls. Talk about OVERACHIEVER!!! Hilarious. We are blessed with God's creatures all around us.

Thanks again for posting those pics.

My German shepherd is beside me watching the pictures. She got pretty nervous when I got out her tennisballs ...
