Default chat?

I'm new here, a former bt, and I don't understand the to's either. When I clicked on the address given for live chat, I wasn't accepted. A few minutes before,, I went to live chat. It looked the same, I was accepted, but no one else came in, so I left and started reading here.

I really miss bt, too. Can anyone steer me in the right direction to get into one of the live chats?

Jon

Hi Jon
the chatrooms here are usually busiest in the evenings. Being a holiday weekend, things are also a bit quieter.

if you have any difficulty getting into the chatrooms let us know

all the best
