Default Question about sleep apnea,

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea last May. I still cannot wear the tubes in my nose. I start out with them in and within an hour or two I am jerking the tubes off. Any ideal how to get use to them or what would be my other option. I tried the mask and couldn't do it and that's what led to the tubes.

Thanks for any ideal.

I had to keep adjusting and adjusting them to work for me, now I fit them very loosely, and they work. Good luck.

Yess my exact same problem. The tech came back and tried all the sizes. Seems the smallest fits the best without any sounds/hissing.

I am fine on my back and side, but when I want to go on my stomach nothing works and I get frustrated and pull the dang thing off. My doc isn't happy I dont use it all night.

But I will try for the first half of sleeping.

Let me know if you figure this out k?

Warmly, Jan
