Default l-theanine for depression

Does anyone here use l-theanine? It's supposed to be good for depression associated with PD. It's found in green tea, but can be found in capsule form in most Health Food Stores.

I use it as just one of several supplements to keep up my mood and brain function in spite of having had a lot of stress.
