Default :) Hallelujah...I just walked!!!
I'm supposed to be walking now to build up back muscles after surgery. I've tried outside, but the heat and humidity it just too much! I dug out a walking indoor dvd.... And I DID IT!! The ONE MILE!!! Grant it...I hung on to my walker during most of it.... and didn't do all the arm motions...BUT I DID IT!!!!!

The DVD I used is a Christian Inspired Workout with Leslie Sansone. Which is why I'm posting in the Spiritual Support. She is just so uplifting with the music and prayer that goes right along with the workout.

I'm definitely not advertising this, but truly want to share it. So I'll attach a picture of the DVD I found online. But I actually got it at WalMart a couple years back, but never got around to trying it until now.

Hope this doesn't sound boastful.... but I'm just so happy I was able to do it and there is no one home to share with!

Thanks for your encouragement. I sure hope I can keep this up each day. It's been forever since I have been in shape. It would be great to increase my metabolism. A kind word can sure make a big difference! I'm planning on giving it a go again tomorrow! Thanks!!!
