Default Constipation Help

Hi ,I understand that for most on high Opiate or Narcotic doses constipation can be a really awful problem ,here is what works for me . If you can exercise ,sit ups or touching toes is really good our systems are slowed down . Watch what you eat (when you are on a strong pain med your stomach doesnt always feel full , it can be due to meds . Eat lots of Grains (Honey Bunches of Oats is my Desert now) .If you are still having problems a simple laxative DSS or Disodium Succinate can help ,(it actually coats the Feces that is blocking with an oily substance, just open one of the DSS Gel Caps). I was a Nurse not a Doctor of course seeing your Doctor if your problem is severe is #1 ,I just put this up in hopes these simple things that fixed my Constipation problems might help yours Gentle Hug
