I used an IU a day for a few years. It gave me energy, an over all feeling of well being, made my hair longer and shiner, improved muscle and skin tone and last but not least, absolutely removed every menopausal symptom. The only reason I stopped using it was the cost to obtain it in the USA. I had been getting it from Mexico and China. Then Sly Stallone got caught with some and the China connection was closed down. It's worth your life to drive into Mexico these days so... no more HGH for me.
